Role: Environmental Consultant

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $65,000-68,000/Year

One of Addison Group's clients, a company providing environmentally sustainable solutions for entire businesses, is looking for an Environmental Consultant, to join their team! The ideal candidate should have a JD or LLM in Environmental Law, possess a strong interest in environment and sustainability laws, and demonstrate proficiency in research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Research federal and state Environmental, Health and Safety policies, laws and regulations
• Compare federal and state laws.
• Monitor current laws and regulations and prepare written reports on regulatory updates

Qualification

• Any interest in sustainability and/or environmental studies or internships at the EPA
• Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom
• Soft Skills - self-starter, professional, articulate, strong research and writing skills
• Education - Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Law (LLM) degree, preferably concentrated in environmental studies is a must have
